Monday Madness

At the time this video was taken, it was almost lunch time, the boys were still in their pj's and a tornado (make that two tornadoes) had swept through the house. Ahh, the joys of Mondays and two active little boys. All that matters is they are happy. This video does not do justice to how well Clark is talking now. His vocabulary has really taken off and he comes up with new words everyday. Rivers has started babbling and really wants to walk. He cruises along the furniture really well and crawls all over the place when there is nothing to hold on to. He also has a major case of separation anxiety so wherever he goes is not too far from me.

Grammy's House

Okay, so I am super behind on blogging. I don't think I can catch up with everything so here are some new pics of what is going on now.

Rivers is Crawling!

This video was taken a couple of days ago. Rivers just started crawling about a week ago and is improving leaps and bounds every day. He gets farther and farther and faster and faster every day. While the prospect of two kids moving in two different directions is daunting, seeing them grow and reach developmental milestones is very rewarding. Clark and Rivers are entertaining eachother and playing together very well for the most part. Clark sometimes gets a little too rough but Rivers will be able to hold his own very soon.

Halloween

Rivers is half-sitting now. He gets in this position all by himself. He doesn't like to stay in one place for long so he is always ready to go.

A blurry picture but still cute.
An attempt at getting a pic of them together. Neither of them were in the mood I guess.

Clark's first time trick-or-treating. The first couple houses we went to Clark went in to the people's house when they opened the door but he quickly caught on.
Clark's bucket was getting so heavy he could hardly carry it. When it was time to go home he cried, "trick or treat, trick or treat" I guess he had a lot of fun trick-or-treating.
